At this Park, Nemotek Technologie has opened a 12,000 m² state-of-the-art facility including a clean room (Class 10, 100 and 1,000) with world-class manufacturing services. The facility is highly-equipped and managed by a skilled, multi-cultural team of technical professionals with experience in which allows chip scale packaging.
